Edward Kamber, an associate at KamberLaw, represents consumers in class actions against companies that mislead the public about the products they sell. His work focuses on mislabeling and false or misleading advertising of food and dietary supplement products, undisclosed heavy metals and other contaminants, and consumer privacy violations. It also includes opposing corporate efforts to force consumers’ claims into individual arbitration. Before entering private practice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases and developed extensive courtroom experience.
