
Mr. Aschenbrener is a partner at KamberLaw and a recognized leader in class-action litigation. His reputation has led to appointments as lead counsel in high-profile class actions involving companies like Google, Facebook, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Spokeo, Zynga, and others. In one notable privacy class action, Judge James Ware appointed him interim co-lead counsel, praising him and his co-counsel as pioneers in electronic privacy, having litigated some of the largest consumer class actions nationwide. He has appeared in dozens of national and international publications, as well as TV and radio programs, discussing his cases and broader class action and consumer issues. He regularly speaks at seminars on class action and technology topics. Before law, he worked in wireless, computer, and Internet marketing industries, gaining technology business insights. Prior to KamberLaw, he served as an in-house attorney handling litigation, M&A, IP, and enterprise risk management; founded and operated Aschenbrener Law, P.C.; and chaired the Technology and Privacy practice group at Edelson P.C. in Chicago.
Mr. Aschenbrener is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, he was an award-winning member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Editor of the Seventh Circuit Review.
