Biography

Ms. Spector, brings substantial experience from a defense background, including litigating at Heller Ehrman for Fortune 500 companies on trademark and regulatory violations. Her unique perspective enhances her approach to class action litigation, from case inception to resolution. She has been appointed class counsel in numerous consumer protection actions, authored articles on emerging consumer protection law issues, and spoken at seminars on consumer class action litigation.

Education

Ms. Spector graduated with academic honors from the University of California, San Diego, and earned her J.D.
with honors at the University of California, Davis where she participated in law review and moot court and
received academic awards for excellence in technology law and oral argument.
