Biography

Ms. Kravitz has a unique career spanning the corporate world, U.S. government, and high-profile private practice. She served as a federal prosecutor in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as Chief Compliance Officer for a global oil and gas company, implementing a compliance program during a deferred prosecution agreement for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. Previously, she practiced with prestigious defense firms, including Heller Ehrman, contributing to her distinctive perspective on plaintiffs’ practice.

Education

Ms. Kravitz graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1991, where she was an
assistant editor of the Law Review and member of the Moot Court Board. Following law school, Ms. Kravitz
clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow, in the District of Maryland. Ms. Kravitz received her B.A. in
International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
