
Frederick J. Klorczyk III, a partner at KamberLaw, brings substantial experience in complex consumer litigation, successfully litigating and resolving consumer class-action cases in federal courts nationwide. His work focuses on claims involving mislabeling, false or misleading advertising, automotive defects, and privacy violations. Prior to joining KamberLaw, he spent over a decade at Bursor & Fisher, P.A., where he rose to partner in just five years.
Frederick J. Klorczyk III received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2013, graduating magna cum laude with CALI Awards for the highest grades in conflict of laws and criminal law. During law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, an intern to the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and Associate Managing Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. In 2010, he graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Finance.
